Directions

These crispy popcorn chicken balls make a great appetizer or main dish.

They are so easy to make as well.

Ground chicken is wrapped in a seasoned tapioca flour or cassava flour crust and then they are fried in oil until crispy.

Enjoy these with ketchup or another sauce.

This recipe serves 4 people as a snack, but if you’re really hungry make that 2 people and add a side dish.

Although the recipe suggests dried parsley, you might prefer to substitute onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, dried basil, dried mixed herbs, or anything else you want to add.

This recipe is perfect for the whole family, and you will find the kids really love these gorgeous little bites.

There are plenty of easy paleo recipes for chicken, but this is one of the best comfort food ideas, and it would be ideal if you’re having a party or get-together and want to serve some warm nibbles for everybody to enjoy.
